Operate the Heat Press Efficiently

1. Adjust the Pressure: To achieve the desired pressure, simply lift the handle and turn the pressure control knob. This allows you to customize the pressure to suit your specific needs.

2. Set Temperature and Time: Lift the handle and turn on the machine. Proceed to set the required temperature and time, then wait for the digital controller to reach the target temperature.

3. Transferring: Place the T-shirts on the bottom working plate, with the transfer paper facing down. Press down the handle to start the transfer process.

4. Tearing the Hot Paper: If the transfer paper is cold, wait 15-20 seconds before tearing it off. For hot tear, remove the paper immediately after the hot stamping (tear diagonally along the grain of the clothes). Successful heat pressing requires the correct time, temperature, and pressure.

5. Final Effect: The final outcome of the heat press depends on the thickness and type of the material, as well as the type of hot stamping paper used.

6. Advance Testing: Different types of heat presses should be tested in advance to determine the optimal heat press time and temperature before mass production.
