Use the UP or DOWN buttons to adjust the temperature as desired. - Double-press the "SET" button to adjust the time setting. The upper screen will show "S" and the lower screen will show the current time. Use the UP or DOWN buttons to set the desired time. - Press the DOWN button to start the countdown.
