If you are not using this heat press in the US or if you are located outside the US, please note that this machine operates at 110V. What is the white cloth used for? Do I need to keep it?

The white cloth provided is a Teflon cloth used to protect both the T-shirt and the heating plate. It is essential for achieving optimal results. Place the T-shirt on the silicone mat, followed by the heat transfer paper and then the Teflon cloth to ensure perfect outcomes.

The machine seems not keeping stable temperature, do I need to return it?

During operation, after heating up to the desired temperature, placing a room-temperature T-shirt can cause a slight decrease in temperature. However, the machine will automatically reheat to the set temperature within approximately 1 minute for subsequent transfers. This minor fluctuation does not affect the quality of the heat transfer. If this feature is unacceptable, please reconsider your purchase decision.

Is the printer essential for using this machine? And if for purchasing one, which kind of printer would match this heat press?

No, a printer is not essential for using this machine independently. You can purchase heat transfer materials with pre-designed motifs from local markets to create customized T-shirts. If you prefer to purchase a compatible printer, ensure it meets the following criteria: 1. Brand: Epson (Other brands are not compatible) 2. Type: Color inkjet printer 3. Materials: Use specialized ink and print paper designed for heat transfer applications.
